For your convenience, we offer an all-inclusive food service during your stay, which consists of a charge of $1,120.00 pesos per night per person. This amount will be used as credit for breakfast, lunch, dinner, and/or beverages in our restaurant and bar.
Restaurant hours:
Desayuno: 8:00 am – 12:00 pm
Comida y cena: 12:00 pm – 7:30 pm
- Breakfast: 8:00 am – 12:00 pm.
- Lunch and dinner: 12:00 pm – 7:30 pm.
- The menu changes with each mealtime.
- The cost of meals for children under 12 years old is $500.00 per day.
- Children under 4 years old eat for free.
Important information:
Meals: The meal fee must be covered by each guest without exception. Guests with special dietary needs can inform reception, and we will request the kitchen to accommodate the dishes to the best of our ability. It is important to note that due to our location, we may not always be able to prepare dishes outside of the menu.
The credit for food and beverages in the restaurant or bar is non-transferable, non-refundable, and only valid for consumption on the premises.
Guests with physical disabilities who cannot stay on the second floor should notify us immediately after making their reservation at alfonsinasreservations@gmail.com so we can provide the most suitable room according to their needs. (Subject to availability)
Pets: The following conditions apply to pets: each owner must be responsible for the care and cleanliness of their pets. It is strictly prohibited to leave pets alone in the room during the stay, and they must be supervised by their owners. A vaccination card must be presented at check-in. The admission fee for pets is 500 pesos per night.
Room cleaning: Due to water scarcity in the area, room cleaning is only provided if your stay is longer than three days. If you require additional cleaning support for your room, please request it at reception.
We use common areas for charging electronic devices (cell phones, tablets, etc.). The rooms do not have outlets.
Bonfires: If you need a bonfire, please notify the reception staff. The service staff is the only one authorized to light and extinguish the bonfire according to the protocol to avoid accidents.
Jet skis and boats: The use of jet skis and boats is allowed. Please approach the reception to receive instructions on disembarking. You must follow the instructions provided to protect the flora and fauna of the area.
Cancellation and date change policies:
- 60 days before your reservation, you will receive 90% of your deposit within approximately 15 business days, and you may make changes to your reservation without penalty. (Only one change per reservation is allowed).
- – 59-30 days before your reservation, you will receive 50% of your deposit within approximately 15 business days, and you may make changes to your reservation. (Only one change per reservation is allowed).
- – 29-15 days before your reservation, there is no refund of your deposit, and no changes to your reservation are allowed (food options, rooms, date changes, guest removal, etc.).
- – If you do not show up on the first day by 12 pm the next day (start of the reserved stay) WITHOUT NOTICE VIA EMAIL, the reservation will be automatically canceled (no-show), and the client cannot claim availability of the room.
- – If the number of people at check-in is less than the number originally reserved, the original total charge will be applied, and the corresponding amount will be given as credit for the restaurant and bar consumption for the people who did not attend for various reasons.
- – DATE CHANGES: It is possible to change dates with a minimum of 3 weeks’ notice before the original reservation. (Only one date change per reservation is allowed, and if for any reason you wish to cancel your reservation after a date change, the original reservation date will be considered for the refund). Date changes do NOT apply to holidays. In case of requiring date changes, you will have a period of six months to make your new reservation. After that time, the reservation will be automatically canceled, and your deposit will not be refunded.
- Your remaining balance must be paid upon check-in during your arrival, and it must be paid in a single transaction. If the guest decides to leave before the end of the reservation, there will be no refunds, returns, or credit for future reservations. If your reservation is rescheduled, the right to a refund is forfeited, regardless of the date’s anticipation.
- For group reservations, there is no refund in case of cancellation. It would be possible to reschedule the reservation or receive a credit note.
- NO REFUNDS DUE TO WEATHER CHANGES, FORCE MAJEURE, OR UNFORESEEN CIRCUMSTANCES.
