POLICY FOR CANCELLATION AND DATE CHANGES:

• If you cancel 2 months before your reservation, you get a 100% refund on your deposit in approximately 15 business days. You will be able to make changes to your reservation without any penalties. (Only one change is allowed per reservation).
• If you cancel 1 month before your reservation, you get a 50% refund on your deposit in approximately 15 business days. You will be able to make changes to your reservation without any penalties. (Only one change is allowed per reservation).
• If you cancel 15 days before your reservation, there will be no refund of your deposit and you won’t be able to do any changes to your reservation (meal options, rooms, date changes, guest changes, etc.).
• In case of a no-show during the first day of your stay, after 12pm midday AND WITHOUT ANY PREVIOUS NOTICE VIA EMAIL, the reservation will be canceled automatically and the guests will not be able to claim the room.
• DATE CHANGES: You will be able to change your reservation dates 3 weeks before your original reservation. (Only one date change is permitted per reservation. If you wish to cancel your reservation after the date change, we will take into account the date of the original reservation for the refund, if applicable). NO date changes for holidays.
  In case you need a date change, you will have a period of six months to make your new reservation. After these six months your reservation will be automatically cancelled without any refund.
  The balance must be totally covered at your arrival in a single payment.
  If the guest(s) decide to leave before the reservation ends, there will be no refunds or credit for upcoming reservations.
• THERE ARE NO REFUNDS DUE TO WEATHER, FORCE MAJEURE, OR FORTUITOUS EVENTS.
